Amazing how a lineman who did average, makes it to bowl game. Crazy, but the kid got good size and potential. There were so many who did better this year. Who picks these players?

His team didn't have a outstanding year but individualy he did well starting as a sophomore through his senior year. I think he belongs up there in the national rankings. Even Agasiva and Tovi.

Hopefully this link works. You might have to copy the link. Hawaii boys going against the best in the country.

Canton Kaumatele one-on-one

4-star defensive end Canton Kaumatule (Honolulu, Hawaii) - Under Armour All-America Game
Island prospects may not always receive all the respect they deserve, but Kaumatule is doing
his best to earn it. The mammoth 6'7", 290-pound defender dominated initial drills, showing off
an expansive skill set for an athlete of his stature:

Ulu-Perry selected as one of the 5 best offensive players for the Black Team on Day 1.

Fred Ulu-Perry one-on-one.

C Fred Ulu-Perry - Honolulu, HI, St Louis
Rated as the number one center prospect
in America. Ulu-Perry did not disappoint
and like The Opening performance at times
dominated some pretty salty defensive talents
up front. He has kicked out to guard and the duo
of he and Chaffin form a formidable pair. Loves
his versatility as a prospect because he can play
guard or center on the next level and be
successful.

Ulu-Perry selected as one of five Top Offensive Performers for the Black Team for the second day in a row.

It was yet another strong day for Honolulu (Hawaii)
St. Louis guard Fred Ulu-Perry a UCLA commit.
The 6-foot-3, 307-pound prospect stonewalls
interior defensive linemen and does a good job
of collapsing down on double teams. Did a good
job of stonewalling inside.
