And #31. The INT TD and the stripped touchback at the end really were two turning points in the game

way to go trojans. great season from beginning to end from both oia and ilh.

- where do the trojan kids from out of district celebrate? at the school or home in their bedrooms?
- puns can make an argument (to themselves) that their short 8 game season not long enough to get reps, add on the blow-out wins of pac5/damien/ioloani and their starters only playing 2quarters. and no we dont need to combine the ilh and oia, leave those recruiting schools in their own conference to fight each other for the lone spot in the state tourney.
- did noa break the receiving record?
- kahuku kids should start to realize that pun football is going down hill from now on, stlouis is going to control and from a football only standpoint i think punahou wont be attractive anymore as far as being the premiere football team of the ILH. the normal pun parents (rich ones that send their kids from kindergarden) are realizing the injurys in football and discouraging their kids, so even more now the puns gotta go outside to look for football players.

- LAST BUT NOT LEAST:
MESSAGE TO SWFAG43 AND REST OF PUNS SCHOOLS. U TAKE OUR LINEMEN AND LINBACKERS BUT SEE THAT NOW U NEED DB'S, PLEASE DONT COME AND TAKE OUR DB'S TOO!! there is a reason why we shutdown mill and puns passing game this season and half of it is great DB's. Leave our db's alone.

They were already unstoppable tonight.

But congratulations to the Trojans Of Mililani. Redemption completed. Undefeated State Champs.
What makes this win more amazing is the fact they did it with Agasiva out from the first quater? Malepeai out the 3rd quater and a banged up Manu and Milton. The passing game was on point.

Congrats Punahou on making it exciting till the end. They played a tough game too.

Best wishes to ALL the Seniors on ALL teams.

Congrats to Rod York and the Trojans. It's good to see different schools win the title for a change. Way to get over the hump and bring that first title to your high school.

Congrats to the Trojans. Much props to the Trojan secondary for keeping Noa in check, really didn't think it was possible. Still salty about Big Red not being able to play for the Championship, but it is nice to see other schools win(especially a public school).

Way to marginalize a great win for Milillani, a valiant effort by Punahou, and a great night for Hawaii high school football.

Interesting that your primary response is a parochial resentment and self interested pining for what you THINK would have gotten you over the top, when you and your ilk's lack of an important ingredient is what loses you those things. See below.

That game was very redeeming in so many ways, not the least of which was the class displayed on both sides if the field, all the way up to the last row of the blue seats.

Two classy teams, with classy coaches. And classy FANS.

A great night for Hawaii high school football.

i think i better start voting though because those of us that are fulltime workers are being controlled by the ones that are fulltime voters.

THIS. 31 almost completely shut down Noa. AND the interception TD. AND the forced fumble. He had an amazing game. So did Timoteo and Milton. Puns had 9/10s of an answer for all that but Mililani was the better team. Great win.
