After Namu,Afele and Furuta graduated, Mililani had one senior to be transfer in and i believe thats all they had. They won the championship with guys that were there the year before. Olinemen from JV moved to Dline, A Dlinemen moved to LB and started, a receiver moved over to play DB. Mililani D had three returning starters in Manu and Cardines and Padello. They even had a freshmen starting at linebacker and this is what they went with, all the way to the championship!!

That freshman is a stud and he played for Ewa sabers. mililani recruited him but now he's going to bishop Gorman...I guess mililani got a taste of its own medicine

It is a big loss for Mililani losing that freshmen LB but I don't think he was recruited by Mililani. He wanted to play for his Uncle Maa Tanuvasa whom is the LB coach along with the other LB coach Kendall Purcell. That kid is a stud but I'm sure Mililani is getting the next guy ready to step up. a lot of Sophmores gott a step up. Hands down he was the best Freshmen LB in the state and had he came back he would probably be the second best LB behind Kahuku's LB Atuaia. Hope he does well at Bishop Gorman. Good luck to whoever transfers to whatever school they feel can help them do good in school and on the field or whatever sport they playing!!

the kid from waipahu will be a top linebacker next yr as a sr, he transfered to stlouis this yr so crusader D will be good too.

If you can afford to go to a camp (with maximum exposure becoming what it is today, that just about includes everybody), there is no need to transfer to an ILH school, let alone Bishop freaking Gorman. When are these parents going to get it? If you're kid works hard, has the grades and most importantly has God-given measurables, he'll be recruited accordingly (except QBs, who need a considerable platform). Remember Micah Hatchie and Graham Rowley from Waialua and all the Kealakehe and Baldwin kids? Were they overlooked because they came from obscure programs? Absolutely not. Football is a measurables game. If you're big and fast enough, you could play for Anuenue and still get a USC offer.

Hell, you could sit out a year and get an offer from USC. Ask Jordan Iosefa.

Exactly! It doesn't matter where you go and if you work hard on and off the field you can succeed in whatever you want to do
