Pena Fitisemanu is the fullback...Potamo Soa is the unmovable nose guard for that killer front 7 Punahou Defense...Also can't forget about the number 1 rated defensive lineman recruit in Canton Kaumatule...Joe Saula another D-lineman part of that stout front 7....

Fitisemanu, Soa, Kaumatule, Saula

Sounds like a St. Louis or Waianae line-up, when did Punahou start having Samoans on their team and is this in any way related to their rise of ILH football?

2 major reasons we've contended for 10 years was the re-implementation of JV football in the ILH and the league's decision to move boys volleyball to the spring. We also fielded competitive teams throughout most of the '90s, with only St. Louis having a better league record from 1990-99.
Punahou Football: 12-1, 2008 ILH and State Champions! 11-0, 2013 ILH and State Champions, a team for the ages!

Ksk has 3 of the best pass rushing ends in the state next year but no DT's that can replace what they loss, 3 year starter in Meyer and the big 6'4 gifford will make ksk's Dline average and Tafua will have to work extra hard next year to live up to the hype

Connor Mowat, Lahainaluna. He plays two ways but I like him better as a defensive lineman over OL

Zeno Choi, Kaiser. Good DE that returns for the Cougars.

Elijah Taiamatuia, Waipahu. Sophomore flash potential last year. His brother TJ plays LB for UH

Makoa Chapa, Konawaena. Undersized but good motor and feisty.

Josiah Mageo, Campbell. Was a solid JV guy for them two years ago.

Waianae also has some solid guys entering their senior year like Nayton Kuresa and Justice Jardine.

Pearl City got some beef too coming back with Chris Roy and PJ Solomon.

Just some names to put out there
