I'm a McKinley fan (we all know it) but, for the past 3 years, linebacker/running back Mathias Tuitele-Iafeta has been training up to be a beast of a football player and I think he could really be a threat in the Red (not just East).

Way to represent the tigers!

Only thing is that it seems like all the schools in the top ten have a FB that size (220-250 range).
Might be new to Mckinley but not new to the upper echelon teams.

Punahou - sekona 240
Leilehua - nunes 245
Kahuku - Liua 220, Wiley 245
Mililani - Furuta 220
Aiea - Kaahanui 225

Add Kaiser's Fitou Fisiiahi (230) to the list of the jumbo-sized RBs.

Mathais is a beast. As a freshman he held Waipahu RB, first team OIA White Victor Moananu to his lowest season rushing yards.

My only knock though is that I fear that Mckinley will overwork him. Playing Linebacker and Runningback is gruelsome for any player's body and I hope he can remain effective into the post season.

Heard he's not playing tonight against the govs. He had two consecutive inexcused absence to practice. If this is true, huge advantage goes to farrington.

To my knowledge he is playing this game. I wouldn't put it passed Coach Cho to keep him out for missing practice though.
