Boise St GONE to Big East and possible WAC 7/1/12

Boise will more than likely will have their Olympic sports in the Big West. With the BW accepting Sac State, Hawaii, and SDSU in 2012, they are up to 10 schools and want to remain there. However, Pacific is leaving and moving to the WCC opening up a spot. The BW just turned down UC San Diego because they did not think their athletics were developed enough to make the jump to DI.

That leaves one spot open still and the Big West is holding all the cards. Knowing Boise has no choice (MWC doesn't want them and the WAC is crumbling), the BW is going to make Boise pay max for travel expenses, etc. It'll happen but Boise might be hurt in the pocketbook.
