Good coach but lousy recruiter. Got to be able to recruit Memphis if you're going to be the HC.

They haven't been able to hire the right coach. Hopefully Penny will be it.

He was at Tulsa bu I don't know if they were in the WAC then. He still is a great coach but dosen't do the other things well (recruiting, PR, etc)
