So the bleeding continues. No more blocked field goals. Three major recruits lost Kipper, Mermea and Moala. Sinking ship? Defensive line looks like patch work now.

Things like this happen when you lose a number of coaches. Especially the DC. Players are in limbo until the new coach is hired and onboard. And, even then, they might not like the new coach. From the departure of the previous coaches and the installing of the new coach, the poachers come around.

Viane's best skill set was blocking field goals at 6'-7". In blocking field goals, he was a game changer and momentum stealer in games,

Might be a stretch of an idea, but how about Rolovich recruit Patrick Gasman, from men's VB as a field goal and PAT blocking specialist for special teams to replace Moala?

If Gasman is on a volleyball scholie, than the football team would have to pickup the tab. No a good use of a scholie when we have so many pukas to fill. I still think Tuileta should be a walkon QB. Now if he's a vball walkon, then that's wouldn't be a bad idea.

I hate to say or admit it, but it just might be time for UH to bag-it.
