You're right. I wrote this in the R&S thread about Collie.
Even though Collie wasn’t always consistent catching the ball, he was always making the right reads and where he was supposed to be.
Not consistently catching the ball is a HUGE problem for a starting receiver, especially a 3rd year player.
You can be in the right place but dropping the ball is a momentum killer.

But being in the wrong place can lead to interceptions and be a bigger momentum killer.

Is Dylan the only player so far to leave? Do we know of any others who left?

Possible destination's
BYU where his dad and 2 brothers went
BYU coaches are aware of his transfer and will pursue Collie, but Dylan will consider his options before making a decision of where he will spend his final year of college. Jeff Grimes has been active on the recruiting trail since being hired, and landing Collie may end up being a priority over the next few months.

Or
Southern Utah to team up with Aaron Zwalen

Oh boy with highlights like that, both Dylan and Dru should be courted by USC!

I stopped after the first play in his highlights. That was ruled an incomplete pass because he couldn't catch it cleanly in bounds.

If Dylan does go to BYU, it will be interesting when Hawaii plays them next year. I would be afraid of coming across the middle of Batoon's Platoon

BYU didn't want Collie after his mission, why would he want to there. I think he is best suited to drop down a level. He doesn't create any separation and not a great route runner.

Smart man. Good school. Free ride. Making football pay for his education. It's like getting paid $60K a year.
