Anu has a lot of Ohana in Hawaii, where he lived until age 10. But he played at Bishop Gorman under current UNLV coach Tony Sanchez.

With 1 to play 1, he will choose somewhere he will start.

I don't really care for graduate transfers.

I don't know. Only one year left to play is not good for UH. I'd rather we develop and play our young QBs than bring in a QB, while he may be good, only has one year left. It's better in the long run.

Unlike the grad transfers of the Chow era, Solomon is actually pretty dang good. Damaged goods (damaged because RichRod is a screaming banshee). Anu would be an upgrade from any current QB on the team.

Sounds like he is graduating in June 2017. So he will miss spring practice which makes him less attractive.

I thought Sean Schroeder came to be a good QB when his eligibility was over.

I remember that game against Navy when he went 29/33, 246 yards passing, 3 TD's, and still lost.

And that OT loss to Wyoming: 37/50, 499 yards passing, 6 TD 1 INT.

Yeah don't disrespeck Sean Schroeder lol.

I wish Anu Solomon the best, but I don't think he should come here. Plus, it sounds like a big issue with him might be mental problems cause of the injuries he's had. From his limited action, it sounded like he wasn't the same QB he used to be

UNLV needs all the help they can get.

I loved seeing those beautiful deep balls down the sideline to Chris Gant.

UNLV has freshman Armani Rogers, a 6'5" 210 lbs QB who was one of the best QB recruits on the west coast in 2015. He's going to be a good one.

I really liked SS but it really bothered me that he got his bell rung so much his first year here and Chow wouldn't pull him, even if only for his own safety. He was a great QB when he wasn't so banged up and battered.
