Gawd, I hope not 'vcos the infamous scene in Back to the Future Part II will get replayed about a billion times.

I actually think they're ahead of schedule by about a year but in the playoff, you never know what can happen. All it takes is for them to go on a hot streak for a few weeks.

btw, I went to Wrigley the other week and it was amazing. So much history there.

Yeah, these are guys who sucked for a while and got high draft picks. Hopefully the Cubs can spend a little and pick up another top line starter. Another reliever and resign Fowler and they should be good for a few years. Their payroll will go up if they try to resign their own players.

Most of them never came true – the ‘Jaws’ franchise stalled before we reached ‘Jaws 19’, hoverboards aren’t a viable form of transport (yet), and flying cars aren’t whizzing above our heads – but one of them is starting look strangely prescient.

Maybe they need Calvin Cambridge (from Rookie of the Year) to beat the Mets as they did in the movie. "Hey Cambridge, I'm your worst nightmare!"
