Video of Chad Owens up on UHfanblog of him returning a punt for a TD. IMHO, he has been under utilized because of his muffs in the past, but he can still play.

That dude has crazy quickness!!!!!! It's great to see him healthy again and playing at the top of his game. Hopefully he can keep it up and prove he's NFL worthy!

3 downs instead of four
12 plauyers can be on field at one time.
and there's the "rouge."
