Dwight needs to grow a thicker skin. Shaq said those things cause it was his job as an analyst, plus he's right.

kobe and nash are going to have their hands full with the leagues younger and quicker guards. their the oldest backcourt in the league, possibly the slowest and yet, i'll take that experience over youth and speed THIS year. still have to deal with durant and okc though. they got older and alittle wiser too!

too me, lakers look good despite being 0-6. court is much more balanced with nash handling the ball. feeling out period......but i see the potential!

Anyone see the season opener? I didn't, so I was wondering what people think of this idea of using the Princeton offense with the current team. I always thought of the Princeton offense as something used by less talented teams to try to neutralize the talent deficit. These Lakers have a wealth of individual talent. I wouldn't mind seeing Nash and Howard or Gasol in the pick-and-roll. Nash's 7 point, 4 assist game doesn't sound too promising to me.

big game in LA tonight, lakers-clips. early season bragging rights. paul looks as sharp as i've ever seen him. lets see if all that money the lakers spent can put it together for 4 quarters............for the 1st time this year. (82 steps to even get a glimpse of the "RING." lakers missed two, thus far.)

Mike Brown was fired today. About time. His defense stunk last year. And then he made the mistake of hiring Eddie Jordan and screwing the up the offense, too, trying to install the Princeton.

Who do they hire as the new HC?

"Los Angeles Lakers Offense: Ranked 5th in efficiency. Los Angeles Lakers Defense: Ranked 22nd in efficiency." Be careful what you wish for lakerland...
