Thought you might have been right, but it looks like the ACT is actually next week on the 26th. I suppose the upcoming league championships will give us the best sneak peak to date to see how everyone is feeling- as long as no one misses the meet to take the test.

Maui’s top 3 looked good, especially the top 2, but Punahou’s top 5 might prove strong enough to win. Still a lot of time left to see how things might play out, but it will go by quick!

There really isn't a course I've seen that spikes would be recommended, IMO. There's always spells of asphalt or concrete that would make it risky to do.
