Happy Valentine’s Day!

It is another big week for Madison, as Janelle mentioned in the last update we will hopefully receive results from her Cytogenetic Examination that they took the week she was admitted. The results will update her risk factor and layout her roadmap for the next phase of treatment. You can read more about cytogenetic examination on the link above.

On Monday Maddie was lying down in bed with her mom and said, “I’m sorry for ruining Valentines Day for you and daddy because you have to stay home and watch me and can’t go out.” Janelle was touched but reassured Maddie that she didn’t ruin Valentines Day at all. Maddie then asked if we could all go out together as a family for Valentines Day, so we made plans with Nana and Papa Lee, Papa Komatsu, Uncle Craig and our family to go to Bravo and celebrate together. Today we will celebrate our love and bond with God, our family and friends. Below is a short video that I made for Janelle and Maddie for Valentines Day. It is called The Promise and it contains part of the audio that I made for Maddie the day she came home from the hospital.
We continue to receive wonderful gifts and blessings from everyone and can’t thank all of you enough for your prayers, love and support. Happy Valentines Day everyone!
